Cancellation Policy
RNBody and Wellness Studio Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients and respect everyone’s time, we have established the following cancellation policy: 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time. 💳 Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 20% fee based on the total service(s) booked. No-show appointments may be subject to a full-service charge. 📌 Why This Policy Matters Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
